Each week, we are hoping to post a few small ways in which you can incorporate whole & plant based foods into your diet.  Our motto “don’t reinvent your diet, reinvent your grocery list!”

Today’s example: Pancakes and Maple Syrup

We ALL love hot pancakes on a cold morning.  So eat them!  But get whole grain or stone ground pancake mix and REAL maple syrup instead of pancake mix with processed grains and syrup with refined sugar.

Check out grocery stores like Whole Foods, Fresh & Easy or People’s Food Co-op.  They are sure to carry these products!
